1) Processing Times
- Order confirmation: Sent immediately after payment is received.
- Processing window: 1 business day for in-stock items.
- Cut-off time: Orders placed after 14:00 will be processed the next business day.
2) Shipping Methods & Estimates
All orders are dispatched from Mumbai using **domestic tracked shipping** unless stated otherwise.
- Mumbai: 1–2 days
- Rest of India: 1–3 days
- Tracking: Sent immediately once shipped
3) Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues
Orders are shipped locally for fast delivery with full tracking and updates.
4) Packaging & Handling
- Discreet, unbranded packaging.
- Protective materials to maintain vial integrity.
- Please store products according to label instructions immediately on receipt.
5) Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds, returns and exchanges are not accepted once shipped.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order ID.
6) Lost or Delayed Parcels
- If tracking shows “delivered,” please check with building reception, neighbours, or the courier.
- We will assist with courier investigations for missing parcels.
- Resolutions depend on courier findings and may take several days.
7) Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
8) Payment Methods
